TCP will set up IRP accounts and maintain yearly. You will be notified one month prior to your IRP expiration, so that we can renew it for you. We will also be happy to set up WD and IFTA accounts and will maintain them quarterly, as required by the state of New Mexico. We will notify you the last month of that quarter by invoice, prior to renewing.

FORM 2290
TCP will be happy to file and maintain copies of your Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax Return (Form 2290). We will file in July and August of each year. Your company will be notified with the 2nd Quarter Tax Invoice. Please contact us if you have any questions.
DQ APPLICATION
All new drivers must fill out a DQ application to DOT regulations. TCP can help you set up your DQ files. When applying, please bring your completed application, a copy of your CDL Driver’s License, a completed Care and Custody Form, and your Drug Test Results to TCP. If you have any questions, please contact us.

NEW COMPANY
If you are planning on starting a new trucking company, you will need to fill out our Trucking Company Packet. TCP will take care of all paperwork for you, but be sure to bring in the following items with you:
